We collect Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Credit Card Information during a purchase or other payment info.

Is the customer information received used for the sole purpose of providing the product/service? Please state how you use the customer information you receive.

Yes. We contact the customer to verify whether they want us to arrange installation or if they simply prefer to have the unit shipped to them for self installation. Generally this is done by phone to verify that we are speaking to the LEGITIMATE owner of the credit card. You may contact us back at 1-800-615-9199.

Do you share or sell customer information with third parties?

We never share customer information that we collect. We feel that sharing this data would weaken the security of our customers so we keep the information private.

How do you protect customer information? What technological steps do you take to ensure a secure transaction?

We use Paypal's famous secure server and we have our shopping cart hosted on PAYPAL to add a level of security to the collected data.

Do you have a policy for collecting information from children? If yes, what is it?

 We do not collect children's information because all of Accent Security require a credit rating. Therefore, Sekure America cannot do business with children nor do we have any needs for collecting such data.
